All about the farm

The farm came about in 2015 when the three directors; Heidi, David and Heather wanted to bring farming into the community, with the added addition of a care farm and a new home for the Pitstop Holiday Club.

Since 2015 the award winning project has gone from strength to strength with the construction of a barn, a thriving care farm and holiday club and now the added addition of a Forest School (Pitstop Forest Explorers).

We started off with a few goats, 2 ponies and a Highland cow called Heather and we are now the proud owners of 4 Oxford Sandy & Black pigs, 2 alpacas, even more goats, another Highland cow (actually the mum of Heather) called Cora, a goose called Sid, donkeys, 2 more ponies, ducks, hens, rabbits, bantams and guinea pigs!

The farm is forever evolving and there is still so much more we want to do including building a rabbit hotel, a pond, enlarge the car park..... the list goes on,

You are welcome to join us on this exciting journey!
